Hannah is responsible for the conduct of cremations.
She knows where everyone is at all times and ensures that you only receive the ashes of your beloved pet, and receive them back quickly.
She makes plaques to order and also contributes to the manufacture of urns.
Tim with Matrix
Tim collects the pets from the vet clinics and is responsible for documenting all cremation requests accurately.
He will attend to your phone and email enquiry and can assist with at home collections where needed.
He applies alot of care and finesse to the preparation of clay paw prints.
Simone with Skippy
Simone attends to all the tricky stuff, the unusal requests and finds solutions where it was previously thought to be too hard.
Photo plaque design, custom urn manufacture and memorial jewellery are just a few of the skills she has honed in the role.
